Staffing Consultant
Responsible for candidate recruitment within our contract services division. The Recruiter will source, screen, interview and place candidates on assignments within small start-up clients to Fortune 100 clients. Source utilizing internet research, social media, networking, resume databases, job postings and other advertising. Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide feedback. Perform reference checking and administer background checking.
Merit-based promotion to Senior Staffing Consultant averaging 12-18 months or transitioning to our Account Executive role averaging 9-12 months.
 
 Account Executive
Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with client companies. Research, identify, and make introductory calls to company prospects on behalf of one of our contract services divisions. Build long-term partnerships with companies by visiting work sites, delivering sales presentations, gaining an understanding of staffing requirements, and working with a team of recruiters to develop and refer appropriate candidates for open positions.
