Job Summary:
Comcast is on a mission to make the Customer Experience our Best Product. Working with the Customer Experience Team as a 10-week, fulltime intern will provide you exposure to many aspects of a Fortune #32 company. Utilizing analytical tools and advanced Excel skills, this role will be responsible for pinpointing local process opportunities to reduce customer effort in problem resolution. Through analysis of data, interviewing internal teams and finding root causes, this internship will ultimately make a recommendation on how we sustainably change how we do business and care for our customers.

Core Responsibilities:
-   Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
-   Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
*   Strong interest in the media, technology and connectivity industries
*   Desire to pursue a career in Marketing and Sales or other related fields
*   Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. College or University
*   Academically enrolled the semester after your internship and graduating by Summer 2021
*   Minimum 3.0 GPA
*   Ability to relocate post-graduation if offered and accepted a full-time position
*   Authorization to work in the United States
