I liked learning more about the housing systems in University Housing because I am also a RA during the school year. Also, the supervisors are really nice and helpful whenever I had questions about anything
What I wish was different
I would've wished to have more interactions with my co-workers outside of work because I didn't have much to do outside of work during the summer.
Advice
I would say to not be afraid to make mistakes in this job, but you will mess up. But the best thing to do is to learn from the mistakes and grow as a human.

What I liked
I love that I felt so supported in the work I was doing by my management. They were very much there to teach me and to let me learn through my own experiences with conference organizers and guests.

Advice
Be ok with being in Eugene for the summer! Because of the nature of this position, you get limited days off in which you can leave Eugene, so be ok with being in Eugene until the end of August.
